There are two ways to get to know a nation: One is through its sounds the other is through its food. Professor and researcher Marissa J. Moorman with their new book “The Sounds of the Nation” and Ondjaki with “I’m going to change the kitchen” — a book of short stories which just arrived to Brazilian bookstores — transport us to the history and backyards of Luanda, where music and food are the biggest verb.
